Consumer Advice - What to do
Buying a car is one of the major purchases we make and cars are an essential part of most consumer’s lives. Disputes can occur purchasing the vehicle, soon after purchase with warranty issues, and then later with repairs and servicing problems.
For example "Hi my name is Sam, I recently bought a car from a licenced car dealer and they said it would cost me $30,000. After I signed the contract they told me the car was $35,000. Can the MTA help me?"
Or "Hi my name is Donna. I recently bought a car from a licenced car dealer. I would just like to know what my rights are before I go ahead and sign the contract. Can the MTA help me?:
