How to obtain an Insurance Quotation
Before you commence please ensure you are making application within 30 days prior to your insurance renewal date. Quotations are only valid for 30 days and a new submission may be required if you extend past the 30 days
Select Quotation to take you to our application form.
- Complete the form by entering information requested in each section
- Some sections have mandatory information which must be completed before the form is transmitted to DMA.
- Some of the sections have "drop down" boxes please ensure that you select the correct information to ensure an accurate quotation
- When you have completed the application please select the Submit button.
- You should receive an advice on screen that the form has been successfully sent, if not the form will reappear with highlights showing information that is missing or incomplete. Once completed select the Submit button again.
- Your submission will be actioned and you will be contacted by one of DMA's designated staff
