Further to our previous communication on 30 June 2021 regarding the NSW COVID-19 restrictions, the NSW Premier has today announced that these same restrictions will continue for a further week until 11.59 pm Friday, 16 July 2021.
Whilst these restrictions limit the movement of people, Members should note that their businesses can remain open during this time. Additionally, where an employee cannot reasonably work from home, they are still permitted and required to attend the workplace.
The requirement for all persons, including employees, to wear masks whilst at an indoor non-residential premises throughout NSW remains in force.
