30 Years. Thousands of Careers. One Industry.

This year marks an important milestone as MTA
NSW proudly celebrates 30 years of delivering automotive training to the
industry we represent.
For three decades we've partnered with
automotive businesses across NSW and the ACT to develop apprentices, build
skills and help workshops prepare for the future.
While the automotive industry has changed
dramatically over the past 30 years - from carburettors to connected vehicles,
electric drivetrains and advanced driver assistance systems - one thing has
remained constant: our commitment to delivering practical, industry-led
training that works for employers.
Unlike many training providers, MTA NSW was
created by the automotive industry, for the automotive industry.
That means we understand the realities of
running a workshop. We know productivity matters, time is valuable and
businesses need training that complements - not disrupts - the workplace.
Today, our training combines practical,
hands-on learning with modern digital technology, giving apprentices, employers
and trainers greater visibility of progress while ensuring skills are developed
where they matter most - in the workshop.

Behind every apprentice is a team of
passionate trainers who have worked in the automotive industry themselves.
Their experience, mentoring and commitment
help apprentices build not only technical capability, but the confidence and
professionalism needed for long-term careers.
As vehicle technology continues to evolve, so
too does MTA Training.
Over the past 12 months we've invested
significantly in strengthening our training systems, learning resources and
digital capability to ensure we're delivering a contemporary training
experience that meets the needs of today's employers and tomorrow's automotive
workforce.
But while the tools may change, our purpose
remains the same.
For 30 years we've been helping businesses
develop skilled people, supporting apprentices to build rewarding careers and
strengthening the automotive industry across NSW and the ACT.
We're incredibly proud of that legacy - and
even more excited about what's still to come.
Because great training doesn't just build
great technicians. It builds a stronger automotive industry.
