Just a short note to thank you! Thank you for the updates and everything else in between, you all do an awesome job and are always helpful... - Chris Tofalakis, ABC Tyrepower & Mechanical
EPA advised that I no longer had exemptions and ground water monitoring wells were needed on my service station, under UPSS regulations. The quote was in the tens of thousands of dollars. MTA NSW arranged for a 2nd opinion which the EPA approved…a great outcome for me! I am extremely thankful, as I find it so hard to get straight answers or information.
- Kylie Irwin, Irwin’s Fuel & Food, Dungog NSW
I have recently been dealing with the MTA NSW Employment Relations Department and one of your Advisors was so helpful. Nothing I asked was too much trouble. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. I would not have been able to get through the employment situation I was dealing with without her expertise. I can't speak highly enough of her...Lenore Harper, Ference Truck Repairs
Thank You MTA NSW. We are a small business that has never employed anyone before - the whole process seemed daunting & hard, until I contacted you guys. Your help has been prompt and professional and has given us confidence to go ahead with employment knowing that we have you as support. Definitely money well spent on membership and will be referring you to anyone that would benefit too.
- Natasha & David Morton, DJM Fibreglass
I would like to acknowledge an Area Manager's great work. From the initial workshop visit, he established a ‘proactive’ approach. He provided strategies for dealing with ‘difficult’ customers and an action plan for business compliance. We are a 4th generation mechanic family and have always been proud Members of MTA NSW. It is great to see the MTA NSW team carry the same passion! - Pat Lenehan, Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical
