Glenn O'Donnell - Executive Board Member Announcement

We are delighted to welcome Glenn O'Donnell to the Executive Board of MTA NSW.

Glenn is one of Australia’s most respected leaders in the collision repair industry, bringing decades of experience in bodyshop operations, industry advocacy, and workforce development. As Managing Director of North Shore BMW Bodyshop and Macarthur Prestige Bodyshop, Glenn has played a pivotal role in designing and developing benchmark repair facilities that have set new standards for workflow efficiency, safety, technology integration, and electric vehicle readiness across the industry.

In 2025, Glenn was inducted into the prestigious Paint & Panel Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the automotive repair sector. The award acknowledged not only his influence as a business leader, but also his long-standing commitment to industry reform, fair operating conditions for repairers, and professional development. Through his involvement with MTA NSW, as a Board Member of Car Craft NSW and as previous Chairman of I-CAR Australia, Glenn has been a strong advocate for skills training, accreditation standards, and the future sustainability of the industry. 

Widely respected as a mentor, innovator, and industry champion, Glenn brings strategic insight, practical expertise, and a collaborative leadership approach to his role as an Executive Board Member, helping to shape the future of the motor trades industry for businesses, employees, and consumers alike.
