MTA NSW Strengthens Federal Advocacy for Members
MTA NSW continues to build its presence in Canberra, ensuring the voices of NSW and ACT automotive businesses are heard at the federal level.
Last week, Head of Government Relations Collin Jennings represented members in meetings with key federal leaders, including the Federal Shadow Skills Minister, the Hon Scott Buchholz MP, and Government Whip, David Smith MP.
Discussions focused on the critical issues facing the automotive sector, including skills shortages, training pathways, and workforce development needs. With rapid technological change and ongoing pressures across the industry, ensuring strong federal engagement remains a top priority for MTA NSW.
By strengthening our relationships with Federal policymakers, MTA NSW is committed to advocating for practical solutions that will support business sustainability and help secure a skilled workforce for the future.
