Terms and Conditions of Entry

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and all entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. 

1. The Promoter is Motor Traders’ Association of NSW, 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood, 2134 Phone: (02) 9016 9000 ABN 63 000 008 088. 

2. To be eligible for this promotion you must be over 18 years of age, be a current financial Member of the Motor Traders’ Association of NSW and completed an online MTA NSW Member Survey received via email by 5.00pm AEST, 29th August 2025. 

3. Each completed member survey submitted between the 21st July 2025 and 5.00pm AEST, 29th August 2025 will be allocated one (1) entry into the chance to win draw. 

4. Employees of MTA NSW and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.          

5. The promotion commences 17th July 2025 AEST. Entries close at 5.00pm AEST on 29th August 2025. 

6. This is a game of chance. Five completed MTA NSW Member Surveys will be randomly selected at 12 noon AEST on the 5th September 2025 at the MTA NSW office located at 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood 2134. The drawer’s decision is final. 

7. The winners (5) agree, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name or image being used in promotional material. Each winner will receive only (1) prize. Prizes will be allocated in the following order: 

1) VISA® giftcard to the value of $AU100. 

2) VISA® giftcard to the value of $AU100 

3) VISA® giftcard to the value of $AU100    

4) VISA® giftcard to the value of $AU100 

5) VISA® giftcard to the value of $AU100 

8. Prizes may change due to availability or superseded and an alternate prize of a similar product of the same value will be given. 

9. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and will be published in the members section on the Motor Traders’ Association of NSW website [www.mtansw.com.au] on 12th September 2025. 

10. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering this promotion or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 

11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor can it be exchanged. If the winner does not take the prize at the time set by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. 

12. The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned. 

13. The prize winner must collect their prize within 14 business days of the initial draw or a redraw will occur. 

14. The redraw will take place at 10.00am AEST on 19th September 2025 at the MTA NSW office located at 214 Parramatta Road, Burwood, NSW 2134.       

15. This promotion can be conducted without an Authority under NSW Fair Trading Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020. 

16. A Trade Promotion Lottery Permit is not required from Access Canberra for this promotion under the Lotteries Act 1964.
